Significant changes applied to the tax treatment of benefits-in-kind, Minister of Finance Regulation No. 66 Year 2023, which is considered the most awaited regulation by Taxpayers.

As a follow-up action to the issuance of the Omnibus Law and the Harmonization Law, the Indonesian government has prepared further details on the regulations, in the form of Government Regulations and Minister of Finance Regulations, which are expected to provide a clear explanation of the generally regulated Laws for both the Taxpayers and Tax Officers.
